The Company - History

FunkTronic GmbH was launched 1980 in Schlüchtern/Hessen and moved to the new building at Breitwiesenstrasse in 1992.

1996: Opening of the second establishment in Wartenberg-Angersbach, Am Bahnhof 8. The majority of production, sales and service remains in Schlüchtern, while the development is transfered to Wartenberg.

Our expertise is the development and construction of a broad range of appliances in the field of radio control systems:

• Control panels for radio systems (tabletop and hand-held units)
• Devices for DC/AC control of radio systems (remote control via 2-wire or 4-wire lines)
• Control of radio systems via ethernet and internet (VoIP)
• Devices for connecting radio to telephone and vice versa
• Radio relay controls
• Taylored appliances according to customer's specifications (software and hardware)

Our customers range from authorities and organizations concerned with public safety, flight control, train operating companies, public transportation services and industrial enterprises.
